The Private Equity fund of Gilde Healthcare acquires German medtech company Acti-Med

Change of legal Form

After Acti-Med AG became 100% owned by Gilde Healthcare Partners B.V., Utrecht, Netherlands, a change of legal form from AG to GmbH was carried out.

Acti-Med GmbH was registered on September 23, 2021 at the district court of Gießen under HRB 10670. A new VAT ID number will follow shortly. There are no other changes.

We kindly ask you to enter the new legal form in your systems as soon as possible and to change our address on your order papers to Acti-Med GmbH.
