During the whole manufacturing process and the cannula assembly Acti-Med makes sure that the tips remain as uneffected as possible.
Should it come to a contact (e.g. at the adjust of the length during the bonding), the needles as part of a validation process, are thoroughly analyzed, to ensure optimal and consistent quality.
During the manufacture of the needle, the finished, cleaned needles are checked a 100% for point damage / incompleteness and for particles and burrs.
Therefore we use the Editio Cantor failure evaluation List for syringes and needles, which is considered as the industry standard for high quality needles.
